At EMA Organic, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Here's how shipping works.

Delivery timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Delivery areas
We currently deliver across Pakistan. If your area isn't serviceable by our courier partner, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders. Please keep exact change ready — our delivery partner will collect payment upon delivery.

Delays
While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, timelines may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if your order is delayed.

Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details (where available) via SMS, call, or email so you can follow your order's progress.

Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery and we'll investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
